Refund policy
At SunDoze, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every moment of relaxation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you in an exchange or refund of any unused headrests or unworn merchandise, within 7 days from the purchase date. All items must be in the original condition you received them, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Once we have inspected the items you would like to exchange, we will send you the replacement product that you would like. In the case of a refund, the same inspection applies, thereafter a refund will be issued.
Please keep in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.
Sundoze will not be responsible for the shipping costs of your returned or exchanged items.

2. Reason for return.
3. Photos (if applicable).
