1. What is SunDoze?
SunDoze is a lightweight, luxury headrest with a built-in adjustable sunshade, designed for beach lovers, poolside loungers and garden chillers. It’s your go-to relaxation companion under the sun.

2. Is SunDoze suitable for all ages?
Yes! SunDoze is designed for all ages and body types. Whether you are lounging as an adult or relaxing with the kids, the adjustable design makes it super versatile and easy to use.

3. How do I set it up?
Just place it on your towel, chair, or lounger - no assembly needed. Adjust the sunshade to your preferred angle and relax. It’s that simple.

4. Where can I use it?
Anywhere you would like to relax:

🏊 By the pool
🧺 In the park
🏕️ While camping

5. How do I care for my SunDoze?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use. Store in a dry place and avoid sitting or stepping on the sunshade panel to keep it in great shape.

Orders & Shipping

6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across South Africa. If you are outside SA and would like a SunDoze, contact us directly - we may be able to assist with international shipping soon.

7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location. We will send you tracking details as soon as it ships.

Returns & Support

8. What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you in an exchange or refund of any unworn merchandise, within 7 days from the purchase date. All items must be in the original condition you received them, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Once we have inspected the items you would like to exchange, we will send you the replacement product. In the case of a refund, the same inspection applies.

Please keep in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Sundoze will not be responsible for the shipping costs of your returned or exchanged items.
